No two pets are alike, so no two portraits should be either. Each piece is meticulously handcrafted with love and care, ensuring it truly reflects your pet's spirit.
How to order
- Place your order online
- Complete the follow-up form sent via email with your pet’s photos and details.
- I will take note of your preference and start creating your mini-furry friend
- Your order will be ready in 2-3 weeks
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of picture should I send?
Clear & unfiltered shots (front, left & right facing). I need at least three pictures. But of course feel free to send as many pictures as you like!
How long does it take?
Depending on how many orders I have at the time, your pet portrait can take from 2-3 weeks.
Can I do multiple portraits?
Of course! For multiple portraits I could either make them into one piece or I could make their portraits separately. You will tell me this info, in the order form
Can I do a portrait for an animal besides a dog/cat?
I would love to try. Email me and we can discuss.
How big are the portraits?
The papier-mâché portrait is usually around 2-3 cm. Yes! they are pretty small. The frames can be customized but average around 10 x 15 cm
Can I commission a piece that is not framed?
I am always up for a new challenge so feel free to email me your ideas + budget and we can discuss possibilities.
What are they made of?
Your papier-mâché portraits are made from my paper scraps, flour+water mixture, and gouache paint. The frames are made @thereaderscorner and hand-painted with acrylics by me.
