Each portrait is handmade to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your piece to be created before it is shipped.

Egypt Shipping

Currently shipping within Cairo only: 3-5 business days.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

Shipping time is usually 10-15 business days once your package is dispatched. Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

You might be wondering why international shipping rates are so high: as a small business, I can't quite compete with the low shipping rates that big companies get. Because I don't ship in huge quantities, I am unable to secure those same corporate discounts. However, I promise I do my absolute best to keep these rates as low as possible for you. Taxes and Duties

For international orders outside of Egypt, any customs charges, local import taxes, or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer. Since all orders ship from Egypt, please make sure to check your local customs rules and tax rates for incoming international packages.

Returns

Because this is a small business with changing collections and custom pieces, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale, and I really appreciate your understanding.
